Shipping, Return, Order Cancellation Policy, Privacy Statement

 

Terms and Conditions

Cancelled orders may be subject to an order cancellation fee. All claims regarding defective or damaged items must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Returns or exchanges require a Return Authorization and all return requests must be initiated within 21 days of receipt of goods. Not all items are eligible for return. A minimum 15% restocking fee applies to all products authorized for return. A 25% restocking fee applies to all parts authorized for return. Products authorized for return must be received in new, unused condition and in the original manufacturers packaging. Dvorson's provides no warranties to buyer. All warranty claims are handled based on the manufacturer's warranty policy. Dvorson's disclaims all other warranties implied by law, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Shipping

Standard shipping is provided via UPS Ground Service or FedEx Ground Service, or through an arranged freight carrier for items over 85 pounds. Any shipping method or shipping options desired by the customer can be requested at the time of order placement (Next Day Air, Second or Third Day delivery, United States Postal Service, etc.).
Curbside delivery only is included with standard shipping on all Ranges and all Large Appliances.

Free shipping offers from both the Dvorson's website and the Marin Restaurant Supply website include free shipping on that specific designated item to Contiguous United States destinations only. Additional shipping charges may apply for destinations outside of the Contiguous United States (a free shipping credit will be applied to any additional shipping fees). Customers with shipping destinations outside of the Contiguous United States will be contacted immediately with a revised shipping fee before the order is processed. International customers may be asked to make a wire transfer or bank deposit as the payment method.

Return Policy

Returns or exchanges for all items must be initiated within 21 days of the shipping date for the order, or 21 days from the store pick-up date. All claims regarding defective or damaged items must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.  A minimum restocking fee of 15% will apply to any authorized returns of non-defective products. Parts orders incur a 25% restocking fee.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders that have not shipped and are cancelled within 5 business days of order date are subject to a 3% processing fee. Orders that have not shipped and are cancelled after five days of the order date are subject to a 13% fee. This section of the policy applies mostly to orders that require build/fabrication or manufacturing. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns (1-877-386-7766 or 415-332-5840).

Return Policy for Replacement Parts

Returns for Replacement Parts orders will incur a 25% restocking fee. All Replacement Parts come with a minimum of ninety day warranty from the date of purchase, see exceptions*. Please contact us if you have any questions about the warranty on any item(s) we offer. *Some electronic replacement parts are non-returnable unless defective. Conversion Kits for Gas Ranges are Not Returnable, unless defective.

Damage Claims

All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods (for shortage, damaged, or mis-shipped goods).

Tips on Receiving your Items

If you have ordered a Range or other large equipment you will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment. Call us for assistance and tracking for your order 1-877-386-7766.

Please inspect your items upon delivery and notify the carrier of any visible damage to boxes before signing the delivery receipt. If necessary, open containers to inspect items before signing for the shipment. If you do not wish to open the containers, but suspect concealed damage of your shipment, make sure to write "Pending Inspection" on the delivery receipt when signing (this will provide recourse for a claim for damaged items).
