The UPC400 wins most valuable product honors! It stores hot and cold foods. The tough, one piece, polyethylene shell is filled with thick foam insulation. Combined with a durable nylon latch and air-tight gasket, you have top temperature holding performance. Offers extra large capacity and holds a variety of food pans. There are 12 molded-in rails on 1 1/2" centers, so it will hold a combination of full size, 1/2 and 1/3 size pans. The door opens a full 270° for easy loading and unloading. Units interlock for easy stacking or transporting.
