Univex SRM20
The new Safety Ring SRM20 countertop mixer satisfies
the needs of more Food Service Operations than all other mixers combined.
For greater operator ease and power efficiency, Univex uses a variable speed
transmission which enables the operator to change speeds without having to
stop the mixer. This advanced technology, through the use of torque-sensing
pulleys extracts a greater torque to horse power ratio with fewer parts and
a lower cost of manufacturing.

Both the Meat and Food Chopper (MFC12) and Vegetable Slicer (VS9/VS9H) attachments
