The built-in ovens from Elan speak to the demanding cook and the discriminating designer, with answers to meet both their needs. Available in a sleek Maxi-Oven in a linear Euro style, in stainless steel finish. Low-profile outside, yet offers a surprisingly huge 3.5 cubic feet of useable space inside! Room enough for a 32 lb. turkey without removing the top rack. You get maximum flexibility with four convection and four non-convection modes, temperature control from a super low 90 to 500 degree, rotisserie, brick oven pizza/baking stone, meat probe, and energy efficient Convection Clean self-cleaning system. Simple, easy to use controls welcome you to explore the many ways Elan ovens will deliver outstanding results, from large batches of perfect cookies to juicy, tender roasts. The gentle, low settings let the oven double as a dehydrator, proofing oven, or plate warmer.

The end result is a refined, tailored commercial look, more suitable in fine kitchens.
The Proforma's low-profile design makes it possible to mount a beautiful Elan Maxi-Oven below and still have room for deep utility storage below the oven. The complete range of Elan Gas Rangetops offers a variety of burner sizes and power for maximum flexibility. The 18,000 BTU mega burner is designed for perfect stir frying and sautŽing. The oval 15,000 BTU everything burner is useful for griddles, grills, stockpots, etc. A super low simmer setting is available on most burners. The burner grates are generously sized to hold even the largest pans. A Proforma Gas Rangetop combines beauty and safety with its sleek, low profile that has been sculpted from surgical stainless steel. The "sealed" type cast burners are precision machined for flawless performance and equipped with automatic reignition in the event the flame is extinguished. The rangetop is supplied with a propane conversion kit. There is no loss of power on propane, an Elan exclusive! The control panel is angled toward you, making it safe and easy to see and use. All control panel valves are child-resistant.

The Dual Fuel EuroPro 36 range from Elan combines the matchless performance of their breakthrough gas rangetops with their big, high-performance, multi-function convection electric oven, with rotisserie and brick oven baking stone.

Elan's award-winning powerhouse rangetop comes in the lowest profile available. The rangetop includes the very powerful 18,000 BTU mega-burner, and the unique and versatile 15,000 BTU oval "everything" burner. The health-safe, gentle, low simmer burner is also available on the EuroPro 36 range.

Cleaning up the EuroPro 36 rangetop is easy with burners that lift off completely. The gracefully rounded and sculpted surface adds to this effortless cleanup.

The EuroPro 36 range includes a huge 3.5 cubic feet of useable capacity and superior performance in its electric oven. You will be able to cook a 32 lb. turkey without removing the top rack! The oven includes four Convection modes and four Non-Convention modes for maximum flexibility.

The bottom of the oven door stands a full 16" above the floor for comfort and convenience. The range includes a cavernous drawer (31"W x 22"D x 10"H) below the oven for maximum storage convenience.
